Office Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing accounts payable - which includes matching packing list, purchase orders, bills of lading with the proper invoice.
- Data Entry - entry of accounts payable invoices into our accounting system.
- Vendor Correspondence – respond to any vendor inquiries related to accounts payable, including researching issues and discrepancies.
- Administrative - general office duties such as filing, scanning, answering phones, processing mail, and greeting and helping customers.
- Assist – supporting other office personnel and departments with tasks as needed, as well as being crossed trained to fill in other accounting or office functions when needed.
- Attitude – maintain a courteous and professional relationship with both customers and co-workers.
