Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts payable - which includes matching packing list, purchase orders, bills of lading with the proper invoice.
  • Data Entry - entry of accounts payable invoices into our accounting system.
  • Vendor Correspondence – respond to any vendor inquiries related to accounts payable, including researching issues and discrepancies.
  • Administrative - general office duties such as filing, scanning, answering phones, processing mail, and greeting and helping customers.
  • Assist – supporting other office personnel and departments with tasks as needed, as well as being crossed trained to fill in other accounting or office functions when needed.
  • Attitude – maintain a courteous and professional relationship with both customers and co-workers.

Hiring Process:

Our hiring process starts on Indeed. After applying you will be sent a link to take two aptitude tests. Selected candidates will be contacted for a phone interview, which could be followed by a tour, in person interview, and additional aptitude assessments.
