We are currently looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to oversee the execution and quality of all inventory procedures in order to maintain an accurate inventory.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - Day shift
Job status: Full time - Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to our dynamic inventory department as a valued team member
- Monitor all aspects of inventory including; accuracy of inventory transfers, adjustments, receiving, and cycle counting
- Responsible for the coordination of the physical inventory of branches/plants
- Responsible for the coordination of the cycle count of branches/plants
- Compile results, update reporting and measure accuracy on physical inventories
- Conduct audits of re-counts, analyze results and make adjustments as necessary
- Establish and publish performance measurements to monitor, and improve warehouse performance
- Develop warehouse staff by training and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure Company policies with respect to inventory, returns, receiving, shipping, samples and damages are adhered to
- Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to increase the operating efficiency of the unit
- Communicate effectively between cross functional teams and management
- Identify any risk trending to management
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in inventory control or similar experience
- Prior experience with ERP and warehouse management systems and processes an asset
- Excellent communications skills in English and French
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Must have a positive attitude, with focus on teamwork and rapid problem resolution
- Ability to travel
- Available to work variable hours as needed including on the occasional weekend
- Hold a valid driver’s license
