What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Representative position at Kaye Personnel, Inc?
Kaye Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Sales Rep. for a company located in Westville, NJ.
Shift: Monday -Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Pay: $32k-$40k yearly base commission (3% of sales) after the standard IEP
Responsibility:
- Pursue nationwide Prospects
- Manage and maintain assigned accounts
- Answer Customer Phone calls
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, phone, and email
- Schedule sales appointments and activities
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Source and develop client referrals
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Great communication skills
- Experienced in Customer Service
- Experienced in Sales
- Detailed oriented
- Basic understanding mechanical devices (where seals go), preferred
- Basic understanding of technical products, preferred
