Prepare and present monthly reports and updates, including executive-level presentations to the Project Steering Committee.
Manage and maintain the project's repository, ensuring organized storage of project artifacts and secure access.
Facilitate knowledge transfer events, working closely with client staff to share insights and promote cross-functional learning.
Oversee project financials, tracking and reporting on budgetary aspects.
Collaborate closely with Client's IT Group and various functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of project activities.
Drive the design, deployment, and testing phases, coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with IT architecture design and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Project Manager with expertise in custom software development, .Net technologies, and financial operations.
Familiarity with municipal operations, water sector practices, accounting, and billing systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in developing and utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps Services.
Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure B2C, including policy development, setup involving Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and adherence to enterprise cybersecurity standards.
Strong grasp of IT architecture design, technical review, and oversight, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Successfully led custom software development projects, representing the organization with vendors and third-party entities.
Expertise in project escalation management, serving as the central point of contact for all project-related matters.
