Responsibilities:
Review installation bid specs
Prepare overall project construction plans (layout and schedule)
Coordinate engineer, construction activity
Manage and review contractor daily schedules and detailed work procedures
Forecast and resolve construction zone interferences. Allocate contractor Client to achieve overall construction schedule milestones
Track contractor Client and hours to meet construction budget milestones
Support in development & implementation of safety audits, walkthroughs, and lead safety meetings
Requirements:
Construction trades management experience (5 years)
Construction trade management in an Automotive Manufacturing setting (2 years)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc.)
Duration: 12 months w2
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
