KB Complete is looking for a Comfort Advisor to work with new and existing customers over the phone & conduct in-home consultation through the assessment of the homeowner’s needs while maintaining a strong customer focus reflective of the company values.

What YOU will do:
- Follow-up and track sales leads, both technician and self-generated.
- Take incoming calls regarding estimates for HVAC and Plumbing replacement opportunities.
- Perform a complete customer needs survey on every call.
- Maintain regular office hours when no appointments are scheduled.
- Perform Ambassador Surveys Daily as assigned by Sales Manager in the event no appointments are scheduled.
- Available on Saturdays (Once a month minimum) and Sundays as needed.
- Actively pursue Sales, ride with Techs, and perform jobsite visits.
- Educate new and existing customers on service offerings utilizing the Company’s Sales System.
- Recommend solutions and link customer objections to a total value solution and competitive advantage.
- Demonstrates technical expertise and maintains high degree of credibility.
- Positively and credibly influence service strategies with the homeowner.
- Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
- Effectively write and present proposals.
- Address any resistance, negotiate value, and close the sale.
- Maintain an average sales price set forth by the brand.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and timely on all leads.
- Prepare financing paperwork and collect payments.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- Always maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
- Always maintain a professional image by wearing company approved apparel.
- Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
Maintain a closing ratio:
- Generated leads – 60% or higher.
- Marketed leads – 50% or higher.
What YOU will bring:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the industry.
- Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Previous experience in service agreement sales and estimating.
- Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Function in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
