What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at KB Search Team?
Open due to recent promotion! High growth manufacturing company looking for a Controller.
Controller Responsibilities:
- Will supervise 6 salaried employees (Financial Analysts and IT)
- Act as financial business partner to the Plant Director
- Provide timely and accurate analysis on actual monthly plant performance.
- Prepare plant forecasts and the annual budget in line with corporate targets and expectations.
- Identify cost savings opportunities and propose solutions to implement.
- Help to prepare capital expenditure requests, conduct post-completion audits, and track expenditures against approval.
- Work with the Plant Materials Team to ensure inventory accuracy;
- Support month end close activities as required.
Controller Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Advanced degree and CPA a plus.
- 5 years of financial management experience
- Supervisory experience
- Must have experience in material flows, continuous improvement practices; and process analysis
- Six Sigma training is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
