Position:
KBKG is looking for accountants, tax preparers, or CPAs who are personable and want to be client facing. Prior experience in tax is a plus but not required. We will train you! The Regional Director consults on the services we provide which include Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, Transfer Pricing, Green Building Tax Incentives, and IC-DISC. These services always provide a clear and quantifiable tax savings. As the individual who represents KBKG, this person visits with CPA firms, educates them on how to identify clients that qualify, and closes sales within their region. Other responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining long lasting trusted relationships with referral sources that continue to send new clients to you each year. These referral sources include CPA relationships, Real Estate Owners/Investors, and Business clients
- Educating CPAs, business owners, and C-level executives.
- Working directly with KBKG Principals and a Technical Management support team.
- Sell to warm leads within your region who contact KBKG for our services.
- Presentations on our services.
- Attend CPA conferences and regional networking events
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal system (Salesforce.com)
- A successful rep’s phone will ring because of the referral source relationships generated by the entire KBKG team.
Requirements:
- Personable & positive energy a must
- 3 -20 years’ experience in tax, accounting or CPA
- Strong Communication Skills a must
- Coachable
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
- Ideal candidates include tax staff, tax senior, tax manager, tax director, tax supervisor, accounting/audit senior, manager, supervisor, director
Travel will be required within territory
