We're currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our team as a Government Property Intern within KBR's Engineering Group; a business unit within KBR Government Solutions, a leading global Aerospace and Defense contractor with capabilities supporting defense, space, aviation, and other government programs and missions. KBR Government Solutions creates value and drives innovation by combining engineering, technical and scientific expertise with its full life cycle capabilities, mission knowledge and future-focused technologies from research and development, test and evaluation, and systems engineering to program management, operations, maintenance and field logistics. The Engineering Group provides full spectrum engineering and technical solutions across the life cycle of DoD military systems on land, at sea, in the air and in space. - Assist in applying knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve problems
- Assist in developing electronic reports, records, diagrams and charts
- Assist in analytical work to understand laws, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to government property
- Assist in accounting and maintaining inventory control
- Assist in contract closeouts
- Assist with compliance and follow business practices
This internship with KBR will provide you with invaluable experience that you could utilize in any business related role, and it is KBR's goal to evaluate its interns for potential entry-level openings.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Management or related field
- Must be a recent graduate within the past year or pending graduation in Spring or Fall of 2024.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
