Pricing Analyst (REMOTE)
Position Summary: KBR is making meaningful investments in the Pricing Team that supports our Government Solutions business. The company recognizes a strong Pricing Team is an important partner to business development, capture and operations leaders tasked with increasing company revenue. Are you a Pricing Professional who wants to have a voice in the capture and proposal process? If so, KBR is looking for Pricers who can provide analysis and recommendations that promote more informed decision making and translate into more contract wins. Position is eligible for remote or telework.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Pricing Analyst responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead development of all aspects of the price proposal response for small to medium sized bids
- Analyzes Request for Proposal's (RFPs) to determine cost and compliance requirements
- Assist proposal and contract managers in developing pricing volume response
- Draft and finalize Cost/Price proposal narratives to substantiate cost and pricing approach and data in compliance with all RFP Section L criteria
- Develops and presents price assumptions, financial summaries, and other cost/price analyses as required prior to proposal submission
- Collaborate and support functional support staff from Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, etc. to deliver compliant and compelling price proposals
- Tailor standard Pricing formats to meet RFP requirements
- Develop and expand pricing models from standard department templates when necessary
Basic Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Finance/pricing
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including complex Excel modeling
- Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Experience with ProPricer or Costpoint is a plus
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 minimum number of hours per week
Basic Compensation:
$85,000 -$100,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
