JOB SUMMARY
PE backed software company is seeking a Controller to add to their growing team. This role will report directly to the CEO and lead the GL close, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Controls, Audit, FP&A and M&A support. We are targeting candidates with 10-15 years of accounting experience. CPA and public accounting experience is preferred. Exposure to PE backed company, especially in software, is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the GL close process
  • Manage AP and AR
  • Quarterly and yearly financial reporting
  • Lead Technical Accounting oversight
  • Handle budgets and create forecasting models
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration
  • Assist with ERP system optimization and implementation projects
  • Other ad hoc projects with CEO
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA and public accounting experience highly preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus
