KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in Hampton NH in their search to find a Bookkeeping Manager. This role will be overseeing a team of 1-2 employees and managing all AP/AR and month-end reconciliations for several small clients. Excellent management team here and flexible hours as needed (but this role will be onsite). 100% paid health insurance, incredible benefits. Responsibilities:

-Managing, overseeing, and mentoring staff accountants
-Responsible for making sure financials are in accordance with GAAP
-AP/AR
-Creating financial packets for C-level executives
-Responsible for the year end production and submission of 1099’s and W2/W3’s

Qualifications:

-Management experience
-QuickBooks experience
-Bachelors in accounting OR 5 years in a similar position  

Pay: $60-70k DOE
