What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Program Services position at KCARC?
The V.P. of Program Services will manage, direct, coordinate and monitor areas of Program Services to ensure a high quality of service delivery as well as the financial stability of all areas. Support and supervise the work performance of key persons in Program Service areas. Work to expand KCARC Programs into the fabric of community life in Knox County. Promote the values of the organization through personal example, providing educational opportunities, communicating with honesty, inviting input and expecting mutual accountability.
Education
Bachelor Degree required with a minimum of 5 years administration experience.
