We are seeking Field Engineers in the states of Texas or New Mexico. Effective interpersonal communication skills, in both English and Spanish, are preferred.

 

Essential Functions:

  • On-site assessment of our customer's industrial manufacturing equipment/machines and needs to develop a partnership plan for deploying KCF's machine health platform. 
  • Installation of SmartDiagnostics® hardware at customer sites
  • On-site troubleshooting and Quality Assurance of SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware products
  • Perform customer training programs on SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware
  • Answer questions and solve customer problems as company grows
  • Continuous innovation to provide value to customer

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or similar job experience
  • Able, willing, and excited to visit and maneuver through large industrial plants with multiple naysayers and supporters
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Located in West Texas or in the state of New Mexico, or willing to relocate to one of those surrounding areas
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of the time
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
  • A valid passport is required; KCF will financially support hire through process if needed.
