Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Family LITCH Property Manager to join our team. As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) properties. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining property occupancy, and fostering a positive living experience for our residents.
- LITCH Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all LITCH program regulations, including income qualification, rent limits, and reporting requirements.
- Leasing and Marketing: Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards.
- Financial Management: Manage the property budget, rent collection, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on LITCH properties.
- Strong knowledge of LITCH program regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
