Position Summary:

The drayage billing coordinator is responsible for auditing drayage/transloading load paperwork and sending invoices, keeping meticulous records, and resolving any discrepancies. You should also be able to handle carrier and client complaints and follow up on any issues relating to the billing process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Planning and facilitate auditing/billing processes

· Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.

· Corresponding with carriers, answering questions, and resolving issues, providing payment status

· Preparing and sending invoices.

· Maintaining and updating records.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
