Project Engineer

Purpose: Project Engineer partners with project management team and superintendent with the day-to-day management of construction activities for designated projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and coordination of
• Maintain submittal log and timely receipt/review of submittals and shop
• Maintain RFI log; provide timely responses to project
• Track production on self-performed work; coordinate with team to ensure production goals are being met.
• Measuring in-place quantities for unit price
• Assists in preparing project status reports; attend/participate in project status meetings; assists in development of meeting minutes.
• Assist with project-close out
• Maintain as-built
• Develops warranty/O&M
• Assists with any estimating activities as
• Assists with updating the project
• Attend weekly progress
• Perform additional assignments as

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Three to five years’ experience in commercial construction; preferably heavy
• Relevant experience supporting $10 million projects from conception through
