SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Account Manager / Client Development cultivates and maintains client relationships and ensures the company meets the customer’s operational needs through effective resource management. This position is responsible for building, identifying and maintaining customer needs. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Focus sales efforts by studying our existing and potential customers
- Find leads, engage in responses and develop relationships with customers after cold outreach
- Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
- Drive customer acquisition through warm/cold calling as well as in person meetings.
- Prospect for, and onboard new clients, with focus on project based or permanent-placement positions
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers
- Receives orders from customer and communicates customer needs to pro-service team after qualifying order
- Manage existing customer accounts (Provide clients with reports and updates as needed)
- Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress of current or future orders and document in ATS.
- Proactively check for and address issues and serve as the point of contact for issue escalations, while exploring new opportunities to add value for customers
- Lead point of contact responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering KCI services.
- Assist in payments from customers as needed (Obtain PO’s, negotiate rates and contracts, assist customers with bids by providing labor rate quotes)
- Maintain submittals, placements and turnover data for assigned accounts in ATS
- Meet with customers as needed to discuss projects, present programs, and strengthen relationship
- Responsible for working with HR to onboard and integrate new clients
- Communicate with Admin Team of upcoming projects in new territories
- Act a as a SME for relevant technologies/continued education through research and peer discussions
- Manage project budgets $1M - $5M
- Manage project budgets to specific targets – P&L responsibility
- Create and deliver presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree preferably and/or 2 or more years’ experience of sales / account management in a staffing environment
- Excel in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Learn new technology / terminology quickly
- Strong communication and documentation
- High level of self-direction and motivation
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
