- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, recommending new strategies for growth

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences
- Knowledge of advertising principles and best practices on social media platforms
- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Experience in relationship management or public relations is a plus
