KCorp Reliance Company, Inc., a Federal Government Contractor, seeks an experienced and seasoned professional Assistant Project Manager for a Federal facility based in El Paso, Texas.

The Project Manager shall possess at least two years of recent (within the past seven years) experience in the Federal contracting environment, standards compliance (including ACA standards), and management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for multiple facilities in excess of 200,000 sq ft .

The Assistant Project Manager shall be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. However, an understanding of Spanish is preferred.

The Asst. Project Manager shall have HVAC experience of maintaining equipment and knowledge and understanding of building automation systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills as well as quality assurance proficiency are essential.

The position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, as well as the opportunity for advancement.

Ability to obtain and maintain the required Federal Government clearance as well as pass a drug and alcohol screening is required.
