Summary
Kitsap Credit Union is hiring full-time salaried VP, Product Strategy to work hybrid out of our Bremerton Harborside location. The VP, Product Strategy is responsible for leading the development and execution of Kitsap Credit Union’s (KCU) product management and development strategy for internal and member-facing products. In partnership with various KCU business units/departments, the VP, Product Strategy develops and executes the product roadmap to drive the credit union’s growth, member engagement objectives, and internal efficiencies. The incumbent is also responsible for research, innovation, and strategy in the product vertical - working with LOB representatives to achieve their stated objectives.

Typical Job Duties
- Develop and implement an overall strategic plan as it relates to product which will aid in meeting the credit union’s growth and member engagement objectives across all markets and channels. Measurement and monitoring the performance metrics of the product portfolio is a key responsibility.
- Partner with key product, line of business, and project management stakeholders across KCU to drive product initiatives. Coordinate the planning and implementation of product initiatives and campaigns with key business partners.
- Build the business case for KCU’s product investments driven by member requirements, the competitive landscape, and overall credit union strategy.
- Analyze and evaluate new concepts and develop product and marketing strategies to determine feasibility and market potential. Advise senior leadership of potential delivery capabilities through strategy presentations that define markets, product design, revenue growth, marketing costs, alternative systems, and operating expenditures.
- Drive product thought leadership at the enterprise and industry levels including partnering with external credit union industry groups and financial institutions to influence key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or product management/development or equivalent work or educational experience required.
- Minimum ten years of experience with five or more years of experience in Product Management/Development required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented financial institutions preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in Product Management/Development preferred.
