Quality Inspector

Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at our facility located in New Albany, OH, 43054. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Document and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
• Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Obtains First Production samples, KDC Replenishment samples, and Mast Replenishment samples as required per the customer’s SOP.
• Communicates to the QA Lead and/or Line Lead all quality observations and concerns related to the filling and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality control is a plus.
• Prior experience as a quality inspector or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality management software.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary info:

$17 - $19 / hr
