Position responsibilities include:
1. Drive for Results: Help dept. leaders to link losses to performance metrics teams. Tracks the right metrics and drive actions to continuously improve productivity, safety, quality.
2. Leading teams: Creates a culture of continuous improvement by providing leadership and guidance across the business. Create a working environment that nurtures the sharing of knowledge and expertise, while enabling team success. Ensure team focus to achieve plant wide objectives.

9. Kaizen leadership experience
10. Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (TPM, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
11. Problem solving resolution.
12. Facilitation – presentations and speaking ability.
13. Operational finance (understanding cost and cash, P&L).
14. Process control SPC concepts.
15. Proficient in use of problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, A3 etc.).
16. Understanding of VSM (current state, ideal state).
17. Cross functional team leadership experience.
18. P&L, product costing experience.
2. Varied understanding of business processes (multiple depts.).
3. Experience with autonomous, preventive maintenance.
4. Standard work development.
5. Change management experience.
6. Technical writing experience (reporting/presenting, KPI development etc.).
7. Experience performing loss analysis bottom up and top down.
8. Opex deployment experience.
9. Demonstrated managerial courage (drive to succeed through adversity).

- We are looking for a Four-year University degree (Engineering/Industrial Processes) or equivalent experience in a relevant field, Lean tool certifications, Black Belt, Previous Continuous Improvement in manufacturing setting. Regulatory (OSHA, Quality, ISO, cGMP), Previous leadership experience a plus.
