What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Operator position at Keady Medical Group?
Keady Medical Group is looking for a highly capable Phone Operator to join our corporate team in New London, NH. This will be someone who has a friendly and calming phone presence, and can communicate in a professional manner.
What you'll be doing:
- Take patient and non-patient calls from a variety of channels and redirect them appropriately (FastMed Urgent Care, Keady Family Practice, Hamel Health Center, On-Site Medical Services)
- Answer patient and non-patient questions about any of the above services
- Communicate professionally with both staff and callers
- Accurately relay information to callers and staff
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
Highly Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with HIPAA Compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
