Kearney & Company is seeking a Learning and Developement Intern to provide support for our Human Resources Department. Kearney & Company is seeking students majoring in Human Resources, Communications, and/or Business with a concentration in Human Resources or related field for our Internship Program. The Kearney & Company Internship Program offers a dynamic experience which includes teamwork collaboration with a variety or HR Departments and functions, the chance to build a larger professional network, and rewarding participation in an Intern led company-wide community service project.
Responsibilities:
Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Assist with data entry and management
- Act as point-of-contact for internal clients answering routine questions regarding KU services, resources, and requests
- Serve as an alternate backup or assist during periods of high volume for the following functions:
- Assist in the coordination of training activities to include planning, scheduling, marketing, and execution of ad-hoc activities.
- CPE processing, tracking, and reporting
- Aide with other internal operational tasks and projects as necessary
Additional details about our Internship Program include:

- Full Time Status, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (paid for all hours worked)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college/university working toward a BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Communications, and/or Business with a concentration in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance (US citizenship required)
