What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flexographic Press Operator position at KeeBar Enterprises, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator. The operator will possess a combination of knowledge, skill, and abilities to carry out work activities related to the operation of the flexographic printing press.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate a 7.0”-10” flexographic press
- Installs Anilox rollers, plates. inks and dies into proper stations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality of production.
- Notifies Supervision of needed repairs and replacement parts.
- Understands all the documents related to the printing process and adheres to specification requirements
- Troubleshoot press for any malfunctions or irregularities
- Perform maintenance tasks and regular quality checks
- Responsible for organization of stock in warehouse
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years FLEXO printing experience
- Ability to fix machine parts as needed to ensure proper operation
- Extremely detail oriented * Strong quality control and assurance skills
- Able to lift 60 lbs or more
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Salary Commensurate with Experience
- Paid weekly
