Job Summary:

We are seeking a person to assist with renovation tasks as our hotel completes a multimillion-dollar renovation. The laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks as assigned by the hotel Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various renovation tasks, including assembling and disassembling furniture.
- Post Construction Clean up
- Moving and loading furniture to and from the building

- Trash and debris removal
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete renovation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

-Must have valid driver's license

Skills:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Motivated and works well without supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day, bend, knell and lift heave objects

The current project is schedule to last until September of 2024. This is a temporary position, however, could become a permanent Maintenace position for the right person.

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed
