Housekeeping and Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Williams/Circle Pines KOA. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a high level of service and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including restrooms, buildings, and guest accommodations.
• Coordinate with Guest Service staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve park goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and work at high altitudes.
