Marketing Proposal Specialist
KEITH is seeking a talented Marketing Proposal Specialist with exceptional writing skills in support of the Firm’s marketing and business development efforts in the areas of municipal, FDOT, and private pursuits. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing and business development team in marketing campaigns, initiatives, proposals aimed at increasing brand awareness and contract opportunities throughout the State of Florida and beyond.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate, track and prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs - letters of interest, proposals, and presentations - in coordination with project managers and executive team
- Develop proposal specific copy and content that illustrate KEITH’s technical expertise and leadership both within the A/E industry and KEITH practice lines
- Coordinate, produce and update marketing material, including project write-ups, collateral material, resumes, company profiles, custom proposals, FDOT LOR’s, and government SF330 proposal forms
- Provide quality control review and coordinate production for all components of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality
- Researches opportunities for new project opportunities and additional services through multiple platforms including Bidsync, Demandstar, FDOT procurement sites, among others
- Attend trade shows and industry events to support business development
- Leads a team of technical professionals through the development of proposals and presentations
- Maintenance of Firm’s CRM platform - Cosential
- Assist in executing the firm’s mission and vision
- Responsible for keeping brand consistency throughout any graphics, marketing material, or collateral that is shared
- Work on special marketing projects, as needed
- Work as a team player in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Marketing and proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
- Municipal/FDOT experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Creative problem solver
- Must exhibit proficient technical computer skills, graphics and layout and design experience, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Work well managing competing deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
