Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase market share
- Lead a high-performing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to guide strategic planning
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
