- Lead the exploration and research of blockchain technologies and trends.
- Identify and prioritize use cases for blockchain implementation across various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement blockchain solutions.
- Assess and manage risk associated with blockchain initiatives.

- Stay informed about regulatory and legal considerations related to blockchain implementation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing blockchain strategies and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate blockchain use cases.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align blockchain initiatives with overall business objectives.
