What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter / Powder Coating position at Keller Manufacturing Inc.?
Summary:
We are looking for a Painter / Powder Coater that will include but are not limited to powder coat, wet paint spraying, and several other techniques on metal parts. Material preparation such as sand blasting, Grinding, cleaning, dipping, masking, among other techniques is required.
Job Duties:
- Paint and apply finishing coats to metal parts.
- Set-up and maintain work areas and operate painting equipment in accordance to safety procedures.
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
- Maintain clean work areas, tool repair, and equipment inventory.
- Inspect paint jobs and materials, adjusting colors and fixing defects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
