A Project Coordinator for Keller Supply is responsible for providing quotations and/or maintaining sales orders for clients, coordinating sales support with partners and the internal departments including.

Qualifications

- Position requires general knowledge of company products, services, process, procedures.

- Sales and/or customer service experience demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for project tracking including all aspects of production, cost, and revenue.

- Responsible for project schedule when appropriate.

- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.

- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are quoted And/or ordered per requests.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

- Evaluate potential problems and and develop solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
