Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty is searching for a talented administrative teammate! As Agent Services Coordinator, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities and be a go-to teammate for all of the agents within our brokerage. Our ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, resourceful, detail oriented, highly organized, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. They are persistent, proactive, enjoy building and nurturing professional relationships, and have a strong desire to help and serve others.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with growth department teammates and market center staff to deliver exceptional value and service to our agent community
- Manage agent intake and exit processes, associate onboarding, license transfers, and communications related to state licensing, local board, and MLS compliance requirements.
- Assist with hosting monthly agent orientation meetings and other brokerage-based events
- Build, improve upon, and implement new systems for increased productivity and efficiency
- Support Market Center Administration (MCA) office with general communications and administrative tasks as needed
- Approach each day with curiosity and a positive, proactive, solution-based attitude
**Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
