Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office duties and acting as a liaison between leadership and agents
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks and coordination of social media and communications
- Maintaining accurate and compliant transaction files
- Managing commission submissions and records
- Utilizing internal technology for agent success tracking
- Daily communication in leadership team meetings
- Establishing relationships with third parties (lenders, inspectors, appraisers, etc.)
- System management for clients, database, and back-office support
- Supporting agents and leadership with marketing materials
- Compiling and distributing reports and managing funds and banking activities
- Providing concierge-level customer service and maintaining schedules and correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment and handling confidential information
Qualifications:
- Professional, cheerful demeanor with a team-supportive attitude
- Experience in agent services, mortgage title or underwriting, or real estate office management preferred
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, learning-based, solution-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Real Estate experience preferred
