Who are we looking for?

The Director of Value (DoV) is a critical member of the Market Center leadership team, which also includes the Operating Principal (OP) and the Team Leader (TL) and Market Center Administrator (MCA). In collaboration with this team, the DoV leverages the models and systems provided by Keller Williams to help agents find success in their real estate careers. The DoV will consist of daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities that persist of administrative tasks, technology, 1 on 1 and group education/training and assisting in the onboarding of new agents joining the brokerage.

The Director of Value can be thought of as the “success manager” in the Market Center. Using the tools and conversations of the Career Growth Initiative, as well as the technology provided by Keller Williams, they own the Market Center’s value systems and consistently quantify and communicate value to support associate validity. They use this value to both attract and retain associates, while supporting associates’ growth in production. They monitor their success by inspecting the agent net count each month, and assisting the team in the retention of the market centers agents. Additionally, using these tools and conversations, they support associates in building profitable businesses by demonstrating and consulting on shared business-building fundamentals.

They support the Team Leader and associates by understanding the systems and tools within the Keller Cloud, Keller Williams environment consisted of on-demand learning and technology platform, Command, which helps agents navigate their real estate businesses.

The DoV is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and who appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment. They are not typically demanding, strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication, and are concerned about doing what is right according to the standards.

The DoV must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the Growth Initiative, the Career Growth Initiative, and the rest of the Market Center leadership team.

DoVs have a track record of success in supportive leadership roles with a background in technology, administrative tasks and educational/training roles. They have 1 to 3 years of experience in these track record roles.

What will you do?
Your 20 percent—or your core activities that will drive your greatest results:

  • Engage fully in the systems, tools, and conversations of the Growth Initiative and the Career Growth Initiative to drive the Market Center and associates to profitability through consistent growth in market share
  • Systematically quantify and communicate value to support associate validity so that the Market Center nets at least five associates per month
  • Lead the Market Center staff in providing technology support and training to the market center's agent base, through 1-on-1 meetings, group trainings and recording training to share with the agents through digital means (email, social media, and more).
  • Assist the MCA in administrative tasks within the physical market center to ensure timely payment of agents commission checks, and day to day needs in the office that can not be completed by our virtual MCA.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the OP and TL to plan for Market Center growth through agent recruitment support such as career nights and tech audits.
  • Collaborate with the OP and TL to build strong systems that enable the Team Leader to remain focused on growth through recruitment appointments and crucial coaching appointments with the Top 20% agent base of the market center.
  • Engage in the Four Conversations of the Growth Initiative as a leader. Help build effective onboarding systems for the agents joining the market center to ensure clarity in beginning with our brokerage. This will be done through usage of our onboarding process and education of our Keller Cloud tools.
  • On a monthly basis, ensure agent experiences are up to par through our agent services and onboarding check-ins each 30-60-90 days after joining.
  • On a daily basis, interact with agents who present questions, assist the MCA with incoming packages to the brokerage, help TL with onboarding experiencing.
  • Additional tasks are available to be shared with potential candidates during the interview process.

  • 1–3 years industry, financial, administrative, and management experience

  • People oriented and a positive, proactive problem-solver
  • Technologically savvy
  • High school graduate, college graduate preferred

Compensation

In addition to the agreed upon base salary, additional bonuses are included with the position. These bonus will be based on the following metrics:

  • Gross Agent Count
  • Net Agent Count
  • Profit Share Opportunity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
