Requirements:

• Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Florida real estate license (to be completed by April)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine property values
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Prepare and present listing presentations
• Negotiate offers
