Job Overview:
Keller Williams Realty is looking to hire a qualified person for our Accounts Receivable Department. you will be responsible for collecting and processing incoming payments and researching information to dissolve any disputes. This position is also an administrative position; which will require creating and generating reports, as needed. Are you a highly motivated, self-starter, that can work independently or on a team? Do you have knowledge or experience in the accounting field? We are looking for you!
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
· Collecting and processing payments
· creating spreadsheets for supporting documents
· Contacting agents and other lessors regarding payments, nonpayment, disputes or agreements
· Computerized bookkeeping
· Bank Reconciliation of all accounts
· Ensure all associate transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
· Complete accurate banking and accounting
- Maintaining records and files
· Transmit monthly data on time
· Build Monthly Data Reports to give to the A.L.C Members
-Oher administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Knowledge in technology platforms
· Basic Billing/Accounting background
· Advanced Microsoft, Excel, Word, Power-Point and strong written and verbal skills
· Some accounting for a large professional office environment preferred
· Real Estate experience a plus but not required
· College level accounting courses or certification equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
