- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
