Advance your career as a Director Commercial Strategy supporting the Salty Snacks business. In this role, you will focus on category initiatives by delivering insights, strategies, and execution. You will manage an assigned portion of the business to achieve the Quarterly and Annual Net Sales Budget, Operating Profits, and Market Share growth - all while building your expertise and network.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Commercial Strategy:
    Develop and implement category strategies and create plans that lead to the successful implementation of the vision. Address risk and opportunities to enable the delivery of Net Sales, Sales Contribution, and Market Share objectives.
  • Driving Engagement: Through your strong partnership with your peers, you’ll establish discipline to provide the right pack, in the right place, for the right price.
  • Business Insights: Proactively track, analyze, and make strategic and tactical recommendations and decisions behind program results. Provide perspective and solutions to the marketplace. Help to set others up for success by sharing achievements or best practices as they relate to events
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate and direct employees to manage individual performance and development.
  • Trade Strategy - Utilize Trade Strategy/Revenue Growth Management learnings to develop and deploy strategic trade plans to drive core distribution gains.
  • Process - Drive fluidity of monthly processes to include cross-functional connectivity through Annual Business Planning, Integrated Business Planning and SOE.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Bachelor’s Degree with progressively responsible leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Category Strategy.
  • Previous people leadership experience.
  • Ability to utilize syndicated data to develop a story and make decisions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Customer Facing Experience.
