As a Total Rewards Physical Health Consultant, in Human Resources at Kellogg’s, you will bring to life Physical Health benefit programs and policy changes that enrich our employees and their experiences at work. You’ll primarily lead the development of benefit strategy in our Physical Health pillar as part of the broader Total health team that helps our employees become financially sound, emotionally secure, physically well, and socially connected.

Benefits Analysis – Analyze and understand our broad physicial health benefits, including participation metrics, claims utilization, and vendor experience in order to make data-driven decisions on our future programs.
Participant Education – Develop and lead internal trainings/webinars on our benefits and vendors to educate our employee base so they get the most of our offerings.
Improve Employee Experience – Provide additional tools and resources on current programs to improve value and utilization. Build efficiencies into our offerings, processes, and user experience.
