Job Posting for Design Assistant at Kellwood Company
Position Overview: The Design Room Assistant will support the Design and Marketing Teams with daily administrative and sample-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Upload pictures and scans into shared folders
International and domestic shipping
Email and shipping color card standards (sending out to dye)
General room organization – headers, fabric, trims
Check for finished samples
Order hangtags, stickers, etc.
Small batch dyeing and washing if needed
Putting things up to cut
Boxing drop samples/hangers
Other design room duties as needed
Qualifications:
Associate degree or certificate in fashion
Knowledge in PLM
Knowledge of the Following a Plus, but not required: Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
