Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Manage support staff
- Provide help desk support to office
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Assist in event planning and training development
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide client support
- Prepare financials and associated transactions including tax filing and payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger adjustments, SEP administration, attorney compensation, reconcile bank accounts, budget adjustments, and year-end assistance to CPA.
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in electronic file management, record keeping, and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures
- Experience with payroll systems and accounting tasks
- Experience with Office 365 and Quickbooks Online
- Familiarity with help desk support and WordPress
- Familiarity with legal office management and Clio firm management is a plus
