About us
We're looking for a full-time crew member to join us on our landscape and building crew. Construction experience is required for this role, 1-2 years is preferred. Bring your love of working with your hands, the outside, and exceeding client expectations to join our crew! We specialize in elevating landscapes, residential and commercial, increasing curb appeal, and making our town and area stand out with Kelly's signature POP of COLOR. Landscaping experience is preferred but we will train the right person who is motivated and hardworking. Must have a valid driver's License and transportation to the job site. The salary starts at $16.50 per hour with additional compensation based on experience and review at a 60 and 90-day review to reward and advance exceptional crew members.
We bring the Greenhouse to our clients for premier landscape design and installation. Offering a wide range of unique services. Plus, extraordinary year-round pottery planting for every season and the holidays!
Our crew is an amazing mix of talented, motivated, and hard-working individuals who put their creativity and muscle to work and deliver amazing results! If you don't have landscape experience but have worked in construction, can drive a truck/trailer, and/or can lift 75 lbs, we are willing to teach you ins and outs of plants and landscaping to the right candidate.
If you're Someone who likes to get up early, be hands-on, and see a project through from start to finish ... let's talk! Pay is competitive and based upon the skills you bring to the job. A driver's license is required, bonus if you can back up our trailer down an alley. Lifting up to 75 lbs is necessary, and cutting rock and building hardscapes is common for the building crew. We're willing to teach the right person, if you have experience in construction, oil field or landscape, and are looking for a change, we'd love to talk and see if you might be the right fit.
