We are seeking to hire a full-time employee that is customer service oriented, self motivated, enthusiastic, and enjoys working as a team player. Our work environment is very relaxed, not micro-managed, and all of our employees are helpful and approachable. Every member of our team receives hands on training which provides them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in our industry. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other employees and clients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Processing renewals and renewal rewrites.
  • Assist clients with processing payments.
  • Issue Evidences of Insurance.
  • Process quotes online with our various insurance companies.
  • Process endorsement (change) requests for clients.
  • Follow up with underwriters regarding outstanding request(s).
  • Reviewing policy documents and sending the documents to our clients.
  • Assist with various day to day office tasks.

Requirements:

  • 20-44, 4-40, 2-20 license required
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer service oriented
  • Team player
  • Have a valid drivers license
  • Pass a background check.
  • Have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
