What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNTANT position at Kelly?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly journal entries such as Cash, Prepaid, Expense Allocations & Revenue.
- Assist with Balance Sheet preparation and Monthly Account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update Fixed Assets.
- Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries.
- File and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purposes.
- Assist in publishing monthly financials.
- Assist with financial audits
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Support in preparation of Annual Budget process
Requirements
• 2 years of overall combined accounting and/or finance experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- SAP experience a plus
