What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk-$18-21 position at Kelly?
This is a 3 month assignment that has the possibility of going full time
Pay will be $18-21 per hr.
Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for about 3 months now but if work out well, could become Full time perm. Duties to Include: Opening daily mail, Match AP Invoices with purchase orders & receivers, Data entry into Sage 100 AP Module – 50-100 invoices weekly, Process weekly check run, Interactions between internal and external sources to resolve pricing and receiving issues & discrepancies, Some experience in AP functions a plus.
can start between 7am-9am working 8 hours/day with 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Data Entry/Typing skills, Communication skills
Accounts Payable experience a plus (not required)
