Hours: 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch.
$15 per hour, but flexible for good AP candidate.

- Lien Waivers
- On Call
- Ordering Supplies
- Entering AP's, Misc., manuals
- Deposits
- Entering Stock Materials
- Payroll
- Certified's
- Job Cost Reports
- Sorting PO's & Inv
- SVC Tickets
- Everify, Casenet, entering new employee files
- Billings (finals, removing jobs) (Jobs to delete)
- Change orders/Breakdowns
- Warranty
- 2021 MO Contractors Class Credit
- Putting on new Jobs
- FedEx Labels
- Taking Credit card payments
- Class E/ Employee List
- Reversals
- File Room/Back Room (Job Folders)
- Logging office PO's
- Calling Vendors About Invoices
- Emailing receipts to customer & Vendors about Invoices
- Data entry to input employee personnel files, time cards, AP Invoices, vendors, deposits and job cost material.
- Must be very fast and efficient with numeric and alphanumeric data entry and work with MS Excel.
- Will also perform other general clerical work in the office as assigned.
- Casual office environment
