A premier non-profit organization is in need of an Administrative Assistant at their location in Southampton, Pa.
Your Typical Day:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist in developing fundraising activities.
- Assist with donor development – outreach, solicitations, communications, appeals, acknowledgements.
- Have the desire to get out of the office and build external relationships.
- Be a “self-starter” and goal driven to initiate donor visits and fundraising calls.
- Assist in grant writing including research, proposal writing, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate fund raising special events. Administer fundraising database and tracking systems.
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel (higher level excel skills required: V-Look-up / Pivot Tables, database mgmt.), PowerPoint, Email, and Constant Contact proficiency.
- Experience in graphic design and communications development (Photoshop & other software).
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently to achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in person, by phone, by other media.
Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hr.
- This is a TEMP-HIRE position.
- Weekly Pay.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Required. Candidate will need to provide proof of vaccination.
- Location is accessible by public transportation.
