Job Description:
  • Filing & scanning
  • Working with quotes in Word & Excel for sales staff
  • Editing pdf documents in Adobe
  • Creating work orders in our inventory control system
  • Data entry/transfer into Excel for importing into record management system
  • Assisting Customer Service with daily tasks as needed
Skills:
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copiers/scanners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
